changed me in many many ways it opened me up to information to truth to reality to pain to uh torment and to how truth has been covered up and eclipsed and manipulated in ways that I have not known before or at least not known to that extent and to be able to see the evolution of of Ray of hope to be able to see what has become of this organization one decade later or close to a decade later a number of years later is really uh incredibly moving and inspiring I am so grateful that I have the privilege and the honor to address you I want to thank uh you for inviting me for giving me the privilege to speak to you and I want to thank everybody who joining us those who are joining us right now I see quite a large crowd and those who will watch or listen later when I was invited so many years ago to come to that Round Table discussion in a home in m not far from my home the common denominator of everybody around the table was that each of them has been through torment each one of them endured sexual abuse and to see the Courage the authenticity the strength of those girls and young women then at the time was nothing less than breathtaking and a inspiring even as the tears even as so many tears were shed and so much pain was exposed and I know years later when we're dealing with hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people who are part of this organization of Ray of Hope the pain is real the torment is profound the coverups are sadly still happening and I want to talk to you
