we are in um which we started just a few days ago and we've gone through the introduction and we have now started the first chapter on gaiver the first meeta gaiva and uh what we've seen is that of course while in general the the the torah sources are replete with instances and sources and um proofs indications for the very negative aspect of the attribute of guyva um what we saw most recently that is that there are positive expressions for for the meat of gaive as well so that uh for example a person shouldn't say if gaiva arrogance leads a person towards indulgence in things like food or clothing or other types of habits then a person should retreat from the attribute of gaiva to the opposite extreme and wear very simple torn and ugly dirty clothing or eat very poor inferior unhealthy food that's not the case a person should have a healthy dose of guyva in order to give him the incentive to have proper food which is going to be healthy food for himself and for the other people that he's responsible taken care of he should have nice clothing it doesn't have to be the best clothing but clean presentable clothing which is going to you know be a source of respect for the person and not be a source for ridicule and other people disparaging him so a person has to have a certain degree of guyva just a sense
