doing. And um Yeah, today we're going to be talking about quiet you know, really getting to a quiet place. So let's start with a little quiet place. Everyone take a deep breath. Nice. Take another deep breath. And close your eyes as you exhale. One more deep breath. Hold your breath. And release. Opening up your eyes. And just notice the quiet place that you got to with three breaths. It's it's under estimated. I think the power of breath the our breath really does make a big difference. And most people are breathing And most people are breathing unconsciously most of the time. And you can go quite far with with just getting conscious with your breathing. And there's so many types of breath that you can be um utilizing. Um for example, the anti-anxiety breath. That's That's a really important one and that's the in through the nose, stomach, chest quickly and then a long out through the mouth. Let's try that one. So, stomach, chest. I'll show you one. So, stomach, chest. I'll show you what stomach, chest looks like. Try it together. Stomach, chest is fast. Slow out. You don't hold the breath. One more. So, that uh tricks your um your nervous system to go out of the parasympathetic uh fight and flight emergency mode uh fight and flight emergency mode and puts it into a um a state of the sympathetic nervous system, which is just relaxed. What? It sounds relax It sounds reverse, but it's I was told to remember it cuz everyone gets it confused, including me. I was told the para- para- sympathetic is think paramedic. But, look it up. You got your phone. Oh, good. We got another student coming in.
