Okay, good morning everyone. Good morning everyone. We're continuing with Shavua. Daf Shavua. We are up to Siman Kuf Nun Ches. Yesterday I forgot to read Sif Tes. Let's see Sif Tes. But before we do that, let's go back to a question that was raised on Sif Ches. Sif Ches the Mechaber said and put them in Tilsim so who's in the desert or in a Makom Sakana and doesn't have water, he's exempt from the Tilsim. So R' Yaakov asked why do we need the Mechaber to say that if it's a Makom Sakana you're patur from the Tilsim? You're patur from all Mitzvos in the Torah. There's no special Is there a special din of ones by the Tilsim? So the Shulchan Aruch Harav addresses this question. The Derisha brings it in note 45. Derisha says even though it's pashut you don't have to make a Sakana on yourself for the Tilsim. What's the Chiddush? So Shulchan Aruch Harav says in Siman Kuf Nun Ches Sif Daled Sif Yud Daled that the Makom Sakana loy gozru on the Tilsim. Normally by other Mitzvos we say there's a Mitzvah you're patur. You're not patur from the Tilsim. Even though that's not what the Mechaber says. Mechaber says you're patur. But the reason why he needs to say you're patur is cuz the point is they were never gozru on the Tilsim. So therefore like this, the point is let's say the guy ate breakfast an hour
