I worship you. Sh. [Laughter] Happy your sh is my name. Sh. [Music] [Laughter] Jesus. [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Laughter] [Applause] Yeah. [Laughter] We shall. [Laughter] Oh sh [Music] is my Hey, [Music] next hours of the year and certainly not what I want to focus on right now. But everybody has the right to focus on that. It always seems so hard. My that. It always seems so hard. My natural resp told me to fast told me to fast what's happening what's it doing what's it saying to me what's my experience and it begs the question like what's happening what's this fast and that part brings me to very good thoughts even when I'm thinking about food I I'm thinking about I have my supposed to take care of my body very very care who's talking this conversation so hungry oh we're so hungry part of me that's not that's not what's really the most Yeah. So you can think about being hungry. You have a discussion. It's a conversation. A good conversation. You could actually think to yourself that you know you can talk other parts myself is a very very healthy conversation and somebody does more than just I need something that's like a conversation is a very powerful conversation each one think about this it's not what each one think about this it's not what I want to focus on this minute but I think very any person here before I met some of that my friends told us to fast told us to fast to listen to told me to fast I I think they're remarkable conversations that a person can have and come to very very good places in this discussion and conversation and certainly having today conversation I want to talk about a different that we're going to keep over the next
