you have to go down to the core of what parenting is all about and i'll tell you what i think the greatest error that people make and i think most people don't but when they do make this error it's devastating with incredibly devastating consequences and that is a child is able to tell whether the decisions the parent is making regarding that child is about the child is about the parent when a parent says i want a child to behave a certain way when i want the child to dress a certain way i want a child to dress a certain way i want a child to attend a particular school are they thinking about well that's what's best for the child or does a child see father or mother is worried about the image of the family or i wanted to become a doctor so i want you to be a doctor or i want you to go to this yeshiva because i want to be able to tell kids my friends that i have a son in that yeshiva kids know that welcome back to another episode of inspiration for the nation my name is yaakov linger and i am excited for this episode i'm excited for every episode but
