Another week, another episode. Here we are once again. Okay, and we're moved by the way. We're just sitting in this seat for like 20 minutes. Um, we're continuing our tribute to Rabbi Doctor Avraham Twerski and we spoke to his son and you'll hear that in this episode. It's it's really interesting and it's um we're really lucky to be able to sit down with him cuz this isn't something that he typically ever does and you know, it's it's cool to see his son and talk about talk about the impact that he had on his life personally and just how he sees how his father impacted the world. But first, we want to show you got permission to play a clip of Rabbi Twerski and of course there's hundreds of clips, but this clip in particular we just want to give you a little taste of who Rabbi Twerski was and you probably have heard it before, but in case you haven't, here it is. There's something I want to tell you about uh the stress and how we have to look at the stress and how we have to look at stress. Okay? And I think it's an important thing because many people have told me from my lectures the one thing they remember. Okay? I was sitting in a dentist's office and looked at an article which said, "How do lobsters grow?" Well, I don't care how lobsters grow. But I was interested in it. And it points out that a lobster is a soft mushy animal that lives inside of a rigid shell. That rigid shell does not expand. Well, how can the lobster grow?
