[Music] good evening [Music] this lecture will be leilani and jamil ben aisha [Applause] yesterday i started to speak yeah yesterday i started to speak about parashat binha some ideas from the parasha of course i didn't finish it some of it we will talk about today and but before i start to get into the topic i want to speak few minutes about what's going on right now as you know now the increasing the interest rate again in america which will make the ability to buy a house and to get a mortgage house and to get a mortgage almost impossible for most of the people it's going to be very expensive the interest will be very high and when things like this happen usually the real estate crash and if real estate crash a lot of people have high mortgages on a high value and all of a sudden the house went down 40 50 it's not worth it to pay the mortgage so a lot of people stop to pay the mortgage and the bank is stuck with mortgage and the bank is stuck with million houses on foreclosure this happened in 2008. one expert say today what i've been saying already for weeks that now the crisis that is coming and the recession will be worse than 2008 you may ask okay it's money we lose money you know economy will be bad we'll buy less
