Shalom and blessings. Today we'll explore the proper perspective on wealth, money, and material success as taught by King Solomon, the wisest of men. And through this, we'll also address a big question. Can a person change their destiny? Many people feel like money just doesn't go for them. They try, they work hard, they put in effort, but it seems like nothing comes easily. Meanwhile, others nothing comes easily. Meanwhile, others make huge profits with what looks like minimal effort. Is this simply mazal, luck, or destiny? And if so, can we change it for the better? And how? King Solomon gives us deep insight into this in Proverbs 10:15. The wealth of the rich is his fortified city. The ruin of the poor is their poverty. First, let's understand the plain meaning. In Hebrew, there's a fascinating play on words.
