[Applause] [Music] um instant tea and adding honey and then i realized as is always the case it's really one year site that we have to clarify before we could approach this intelligently and really it's the site of tea now the embassies will see that tea is basically just a few hundred years that it's been used in america and europe but it's specifically about tea as opposed to almost any other food which makes it a very exciting very challenging question because really it's even if you're not a tea drinker but it brings us the usaidis tea drinker but it brings us the usaidis of hilkeshavis from a whole different angle and that is the uniqueness of tia let me explain tea as in tea leaves grow on a bush actually it's an evergreen shrub it's not too high it's really higher than a bush in other words it would be a had a grown fruit it'd be a bear prior eights but it's basically the leaves of a bush that is put in water and of course gives out the tea flavor now i did some you know studying to figure i did some you know studying to figure this out it's interesting there are so many different types of teas and different varieties of teas but it's all how you process the various tea leaves but to make a long story show what's that what's important for us that tea is not found in the gemara or the reshainim or the sakhanarak it became popular in the late 1600s that's why i understood that's why you know the american revolution was the boston tea party which was just about a hundred years later but what's challenging is you're not going to find the gemara and resharing
