Thank you for having me. >> What can you tell the listeners about the book? >> So I I think it's a pretty um a pretty universally accepted uh you sodowed that the uh probably the most important piece in parenting is being a good role model and uh setting setting a good example for your children. They learn more from your actions than from your words. So, it's really just trying to make that concept real and uh applicable to uh day-to-day life. What does that mean? What does that look like? Um and and really a practical uh guide to how to make yourself as good as possible and how to make your children be as good as possible. >> So, did your role as a manal in your day-to-day job, was that the impetus for this book? It definitely affected um I think the you know the experience of you know dealing with children on a day-to-day basis speaking to parents all the time uh definitely contributed to
