Tractate Pesachim, Chapter 5, Mishnah 5 says that the Mishnah slaughtered the Passover lamb in three classes, as it is said, and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel slaughtered it, the assembly of Israel, and Israel entered. The first class was filled with food. The doors of the food were locked. They knocked and shouted. The priests stood in rows and rows, holding bags of silver in their hands and a bag of gold. A row that was all silver. And a row that was all gold. Gold. They were not mixed up. There were no marginal bags. Nahum and Adam. So here are these Mishnahs that deal until the end of the chapter with the form of sacrificing the Passover sacrifice. How would they actually sacrifice the Passover sacrifice on the eve of Passover? So, as we said, all of Israel was in groups, groups, groups, that the Passover lamb was not eaten except for his appointment, and there was one from each group who would one from each group who would go there to the Temple to sacrifice the Passover sacrifice for the members of his group. So this Mishnah tells us that the lamb was slaughtered in three classes. What does this mean? They would divide all the representatives of the whole of Israel who would come to the Temple.
