You don't have to do shchita. So says the Gemara, Omar Ze'iri over Reb Chanina, halacha Reb Shimon Shizuri. The halacha is like Reb Shimon Shizuri that even if it walks around, it's a ben pekuah, even in the ninth month, even a full term animal. Reb Chanina over Reb Shimon Shizuri, matter of ben benoyo ben benoi, as Reb Chanina holds. This is weird, they got the idea in Australia
