The first murderer in history, Ken, was given the punishment of having to constantly be in Golus, constantly going from place to place, but not the not the unintentional murder who the Torah is punishing because the there is this concept of which means there's something which is like anger but not negative anger but a positive sense of arousal for holy which is good.
