The Torah reiterates the issur of hav'arah on Shabbos. Now, Chazal in several places in the Gemara bring a machlokes if hav'arah is lav yotzei. Tell you that hav'arah is lav or hav'arah is l'challek yotzei to tell you that if one does multiple of the lavin d'as lavin d'as at the same time, he's chayav independently for each one of them. Now, additionally, aside from that argument in machlokes that that's all over about what the tachlis of this reiteration of the Shabbos is in this week's parsha, the Chinuch brings and this is brought in the Rambam as and this is brought in the Rambam as well in the other minyan mitzvos, a unique mitzvah that we learn out of this possuk. And that's as follows. The Chinuch says the mitzvah that we learn from this possuk is "Sh'lo yasu ad hayom dinim b'Shabbos." The yonim should not dan any dinim on Shabbos. Kalamar, "Sh'mishus chayav misah b'meizid." Someone who became obligated to be punished by death to to get capital punishment b'meizid, "Lo yumisu b'Shabbos." They shouldn't put him to death on Shabbos. Shenemar, "Lo yisvaru eish b'chol moshavoseichem b'yom haShabbos." And this teaches us "Sh'lo y'vazeh Yisroel b'Beis Din b'Shabbos mishus chayav s'reifah."
