Shalom everybody and welcome back to insights in the parsha of the week, parshat Emor based on the teachings of Rabbi Nachman. Um, besides the period now which is very exciting, like for example tonight is Pesach Sheni, which is absolutely amazing. And we have next week Lag B'Omer. Still we'd like to focus on the richness of the parsha. There's so much in the parsha, it's unbelievable. So in the end part of the parsha talks about the festivals, the holidays. And it there's a wording that is repeated three times in the parsha. Okay? And the rabbis in the Gemara Rosh Hashanah page 25A, the Rashi partially they explain the why they need to say over again the same idea. Let's take a look. First is in chapter This week's parsha Emor chapter 23 verse number two. When introducing the festivals, the mitzvah of of celebrating Yom Tov, you know, Pesach, Shavuot, etc. So the verse introduces, "The bear el bene Israel." Hashem commands Moshe, "Speak to the Jewish people." "V'imarta lehem and say to them, "Moadei Hashem." The festivities, the times of festivity, that's the exact translation. Moed is a time. Time of festivities of Hashem. "Asher tikre'u otam mikra'ei kodesh." In which you should call them to be a a call out, a shout out of holiness. "Eleh moadei mo'adai." The following are my festivals which called out and declare Hashem's holiness, okay? So that's the first time it's mentioned. That what? "Asher tikre'u otam mikra'ei kodesh." Then finally in when when actually beginning to mention about Pesach, so two verses later, verse number four, reads like this. "Eleh moadei Hashem mikra'ei kodesh." The following are the actual festivals of Hashem, the times of Hashem which called out holiness, the holiness of Hashem. "Asher tikre'u otam b'mo'adam." In which you should call them in their times. So you see it says
