all right so this is our 11th class uh learning I realized that I never for those who didn't weren't there for the 10th class and watched the recording I never sent out the recording um so I will do that and send out send out when I send out this class is recording we know there um okay but in that last class in class in the 10th class we were discussing his the 10th class we were discussing his status human efforts um and the requirement for it and the reasons believes that we are required to expend effort um and he had suggested two main reasons one is it's through things that require effort through the physical world that Hashem tests us that Hashem tests us and uh it's within that Arena within that this world of uh of having to do things for ourselves that many of the Mitzvahs fit in and that creates a place environment for Hashem to test us which just ties into the purpose of creation um and the second reason was that this is what we talked about in the last class um which is that if a person had too um which is that if a person had too much free time on their hands because they didn't have any responsibilities they would end up falling to sin and by having to to to work for ourselves so it keeps us busy and uh and although you know for some people if they had more time they would use it in total dedication to Torah and mitzvos and and they would use it wisely but uh but for Maggie that's not the case and so having having

  4. 13:58so many people sought shelter in basements um but it wasn't really helpful because a building
  5. 18:37so then you uh so then you say it's just uh at this point there's nothing
  6. 23:17answer the answer is you're supposed to do what God has told you to do which
  7. 27:55doesn't mean that what he did was okay that doesn't mean that he's not responsible for
  8. 32:42state of danger just that they Place themselves in sort of by by the the nature
  9. 37:25so now goes on and he brings an example of someone who made efforts to protect
  10. 42:03should I do this without endangering myself and God tells how to do it um but
