Okay, shalom aleichem, parshas Noach. We have a lot to do, so let's put it all in. We're going to speak today about chein. About grace. Chein is a word that you can't you can't translate. There's no translation for the word chein. I'm going to speak about Noach. We're going to speak about love. We're going to speak about dating. We're going to speak about movie stars. movie stars. We're going to speak about fancy mansions worth $35 million. Like like LeBron's place. And we're going to speak about the flood and Noach. So let's get going. So in order to understand parshas Noach, we have to look at the last verse at the end of last week's parsha. How did parshas Bereishis end? Anyone know? What was the last verse? The last verse introduces The last verse introduces the quality of Noach. The Torah says, "V'Noach motza chein b'einei Hashem." And Noach found chein. Anyone have a translation for the word chein? Favor. Grace. The answer is is you really can't translate the word chein. But for our purposes, we'll call it grace. We'll call it charm. What is this charm? What does it mean What is this charm? What does it mean that Noach found grace, found charm in the eyes of God? I'd like to find gra- grace in the eyes of God. Maybe you'll go to a Kabbalist, you'll ask him, "Does Does God find Am I finding favor in God's eyes? Tell me what's going on up there. Am I Am I in that favorable light of Hashem?" So what does it mean that Noach is finding favor in God's eyes? And let's extend this. What does it mean when you're with somebody and they find favor in your eyes? You
