it was a cold snowy evening in Toronto I was driving on the highway with four of my children and the visibility was very poor the snow was really coming down and the driving conditions were getting worse suddenly I skidded the car spun out of control we braced for impact as pars collided into each other all I could hear was the heart-wrenching sound of screeching tires smashing glass and screaming children what was probably three seconds seemed to last for an eternity seemed to last for an eternity everything came to a standstill and thank God miraculously everyone was ok but then suddenly I noticed black smoke pouring out from under the hood the car looked like it was about to go up in flames I quickly grabbed all the kids from the back of the car and ran off the side of the highway we stood there in the freezing cold as snow is coming down and covering my children's heads and I'm trying to figure out what should I do I'm in a country that's still foreign to me with no family nearby it'll be hours
