Shalom, my dear friends. We're back, we're meeting again for a story from our Sages, taken from the Talmud. As I always say, these stories, which are compiled in a book called Enarakov that lists all the Talmudic stories, always aim to convey a powerful message, advice, or a rule of life that can serve us in all circumstances. This story is taken from the Gamara called Ruin Ruin, chapter called Ruin Ruin, chapter 60, page 1. It's the first page of chapter 60, Ruin Ruin. And so, in this Gamara, we are told the story of a great master named Rabbi ibn Khan. We've already told other stories in his name. He was a Tanna, a Tanna being one of the greatest luminaries that the Akedaro (God) brought forth on earth— those who are the compilers of the those who are the compilers of the Talmud. Rabbi ibn Khan was one of the most important and revered sages of his generation. Even the Emperor of Rome tells us, history tells us, he enjoyed conversing with him because he was so learned, so wise, so intelligent, and he would ask him for advice. One day, the Emperor invited him to the palace, and since he was proud of his strength and wealth, the idea came to him. The idea came to the Emperor. the idea came to him. The idea came to the Emperor. He said, "I will show my power to the whole world, and especially to the Jews." What did he do? Ain Rab arrived. He said to him, " Listen, my dear friend, I would like to prepare a feast for your God. I would like to offer a feast to your God and to all his army," he said. The Emperor, who was an idolater, thought that Rabi'a Ben Kh would rejoice at this
