about 40 years ago on a Wednesday night my good friend from New York's dad Norman dike he's relaxing at home and he gets a call from Jack come hey Norman what are you doing tomorrow night I don't know watch the game drinking a beer why don't you come with me tomorrow night where are we going trust me all right next day 6:45 no reduction outside his next day 6:45 no reduction outside his friend picks him up and they drive to a big gym in a local school and they're on the floor he sees hundreds and hundreds of boxes filled with all sorts of foodstuffs for the whole week chicken pasta grape juice rice oil there's an organization called Tom's a shop as of Rockland County that delivers food to hundreds and hundreds of needy families anonymously they bring it to the back door they knock and they walk away and that night Norma Dutch took a ride with that night Norma Dutch took a ride with his friend Jack home and they delivered about 20 boxes and Norman said this is amazing I could do this he came back the next week got his own route 40 years later he has almost not missed a single Thursday night 40 years it's the highlight of his week I calculated he puffed up to learn over 50,000 packages in this time it's all because the jack Jack's collecting the dividends in this
