Okay, dear friends. Last week we mentioned from the Reb of Alexander, there's a specific Indian to learn time of the month of Elul because during Elul, the Yud Gimmel Midos Serachamim are very prevalent and are necessary. That's one of the reasons we say "Oirev Yishee" in Elul because in it says Hashem's name 13 times. Actually, I'll tell you something very interesting. The says in Rosh Hashanah, "Bris K'rusah Midos Serachamim Shela Tashuv Reikam." That there's a covenant with the Yud Gimmel Midos Serachamim that they'll always be effective. Whenever you invoke them, Hashem will always answer your prayers. So, the question is, really? Every time we say Yud Gimmel Midos Serachamim, Hashem always answers our prayers? Certainly, you know, we're always doing it. We do it every Yom Kippur. We do it by Taanisim. We and we daven for things. Are we always answered? So, the say the Shlah, the Tzar HaMaar, the Alshich, the Reishis Chochmah, they all say that if you look at the lesson in the Gemara, it says, "M'lamed She Nas'ateef Hakadosh Baruchu B'Tallis K'Shliach Tzibbur." From here we see Hashem wrapped himself in a tallis like a Shliach Tzibbur. "V'Omer, K'Otzman She'Yis'u Chaitam Lifanai V'Yasu." Say their prayers. It doesn't say we should say the Yud Gimmel Midos. It says we should do them. If we act If we act with Yud Gimmel Midos, then we're vouchsafed. We're guaranteed that Hashem will answer us. It doesn't say "Yoymar Lifanai." It says "Yizkor Lifanai." It says "Yasu." You have to do it. The key to have the Yud Gimmel Midos Serachamim answered, the key to the our The of is Yud Gimmel Midos Serachamim. The key is not saying it. The key is doing it. So, this Shabbos, which sometimes Shabbos we start Selichos, this year it's uh but often it's Ki Savo. This week's parashah says "Veh halachta bedrachav"
