Shalom have you ever made a decision and then regretted it yeah you made a decision and then you regretted it and how are you now are you okay now yeah have you ever made a decision and then regretted it and now you're just not okay it messed up your whole life not like it was irredeemable you're done you're done basically yeah we'll find out we'll find out but so far it seems that every single decision you ever made however much you regretted it kind of got you to where you are now and you might be regretting well maybe if I'd made the other decision I would have got to somewhere better but we don't actually know that and you're all basically okay now on a surface level hey so people find decisions very difficult because decisions have consequences you make a decision and then you get faced with all the challenges and problems and consequences so why are people so afraid to make decisions because they're afraid of the consequences of those decisions either the bad ones of the decision they make or missing out on the possible good ones of the decision they could have made so people get very Frozen and they is very people get very Frozen and they is very difficult for them so what do you do at that point number one rule we've always been teaching this and saying this is many people make their decisions from a place of confusion and discomfort it's like I don't know what did I do that will never make you that will never make a good decision so first of all just chill out
