Now, the halacha moshe misina is is that if there halacha moshe misina is is that if there is a chatas shemeisa ba'aleha, the animal would have to go to meisa. If it's a money, you'd have to throw it to yama melach, and that would assur all the money. So, in such a case, therefore, there was the concern and that all the money would become assur. Therefore, they did not have the collection box for the kinei chova. The Gemara asks a question, well, why not just take the four zuzim and throw four zuzim, take four zuzim from the box, throw it into the yama melach, and say breira over davar
