Frailken, Purim. Firstly, if you didn't have a chance yet to do Machatzis Hashekel on Taanis Esther, you could still do it now. Please don't forget to be mikayem the mitzvah sayoim. Matanos La'evyonim, which is the most important mitzvah on Purim. The Rambam says one should be marbeh matanos la'evyonim more than any of the other mitzvah sayoim. Remember before you mikayem any of the mitzvahs to mitzvah shricha's kavana, you need to be mechaven to mikayem that particular mitzvah. It's very particular mitzvah. It's very interesting, the Gemara Megillah tells us on daf dalet, Amar Rabbi Shimon bar Levi, "Chayav adam likro'eis es ha'megillah balayla v'lishnois ba'yom." You have to read the megillah at night and repeat it during the day. So, the Gemara says they had a hava mina, "Lishnois means you read the megillah at night and you learn the Mishnayos during the day." And they said, "No, no, that's not what it means. It means repeat it." What did they think? They thought, "Last night we come to shul to read the megillah and today we come to shul to learn Maseches Megillah." The Gemara really thought we don't have to read the megillah? Furthermore, there's an amazing Yerushalmi. The Yerushalmi says
