quickly we're going to um I want to do a few of the broad broad elements I want to touch on something from the tagum cheni which is a tadgum that was written on the megila that um fills in a lot of the story and fleshes things out dramatically because the megillah is written in a very concise way so the targum which is called it was written sometime it was written sometime not that much after the the writing of the Medina itself but we're not sure exactly when it was written it it re it really provides a remarkable uh Vantage Point into the middle so we'll do a little bit of that we'll do a little bit of the perspectives on Purim from the overall view of Yahoo from a little bit overall view of Yahoo from a little bit of the kabbalistic view of yehadood and then we'll start to dig into the megida itself so we start with a um with a well-known uh perspective on Purim which is will never be canceled will never be pushed aside and the holiday of Purim will always be and the holiday of Purim will always be kept now why is this a surprise what do we know about some of the other holidays and some of the other books they're uh from Hashem directly from Hashem versus from the rabbis right right so this holiday is from the rabbis um and and the megillah was written by Estero modified As We Know but for some reason we're going to talk
