0:00 Rabbi Nachman had many, many students, a great many students, but he - his virtue and the level he reached were the greatest. And why? Because he knew that he could not be like all the other students, who receive the words of Torah of their Rebbe and bring their own intellect. He was the only one who knew that his own intellect does not exist; he must receive the new intellect of his teacher and Rebbe.

0:25 He was full of fear of Heaven, truly such fear of Heaven - there was no fear of Heaven like it. He was very despised, and very scorned, and he went through many humiliations, many disgraces, and he fled from honor, and did not chase after honor, and did not chase after money. He always had fear of the end, of the last day. What is this world, he said? All vanity of vanities; everyone thinks about money, about wealth, everything passes, everything comes to an end, everything perishes. Again and again he would say: everything I can imagine, but my first night in the grave - that I cannot imagine, so he said.

0:52 In all that he thought, in all that he wanted, in this whole world, it was that the Torah of his teacher and Rebbe, and his knowledge, would spread throughout the whole world.
