Shalom Aleichem. Welcome to the Rest of weekly sheer. This coming Shabbos is Bamidbar. Beginning of the safer of Bamidbar starts off by Vayidaber Hashem el Moshe b'midbar Sinai. And uh What's the first thing that the parsha opens with? The census of Klal Yisrael. How many people were in each tribe? Shulchan Aruch says something very interesting. Almost always you will almost always find that Shavuos falls out the week of Bamidbar. We learn Bamidbar and then comes Shavuos during the week. Why? Shulchan Aruch says, "Monu the otzro." Count and then make a service, then make Shavuos. So, we have to kind of figure out what's going on here. What's so important about counting the Jews before we receive the Torah? Right? The Nosson brings that we have to make sure that every Jew counts and that they get along. It's showing it's peace between them. That's the most important thing. As it says by Matan Torah in parshas Yisro, it says, "Vayechan sham Yisrael neged hahar." The Jews camped opposite the mountain. Right? It says, "Vayechan." That's a singular word, not Vayachanu. They camped. And the Vayachan, they he camped. Why? Because they did it with unity. With unity, they could learn to accept the Torah. As long as we have these asinine fights and arguments between us, whether it's religious against non-religious, whether it's religious against religious, all of that counts as arguments, strife, that doesn't let us get close to the Torah. So, if we want to understand what our heritage is,
