There is a story about Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, of blessed memory, who in the year 2005 was at the Bikur Cholim hospital. As he was leaving, they told him that in one of the rooms lay Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapira, of blessed memory , who was the head of the Beer Yaakov Yeshiva. They asked him if he wanted to go visit him. The holy Rabbi said yes. He arrived at the room, and standing at the entrance, he saw what he saw, which we have no way of seeing. He said, "I do not allow anyone to enter the room with me." And furthermore, he said to the people inside the room, "Get out, I want to be alone with Rabbi Shapira." Everyone left, Rabbi Kaduri went in, sat down next to Rabbi Shapira, and suddenly, without any explanation, the door slammed and locked itself. Rabbi Kaduri and Rabbi Shapira. Rabbi Kaduri comes out and gets into the car on his way home, saying, whoever studies Torah , whoever teaches Torah, merits that his room contains things that others do not merit. He arrives home, a Jew approaches him crying, and says to him, "Heaven forbid, they discovered a terminal illness in him." The doctors say he has no chance of living. Rabbi Kaduri said to him, do you want to live ? Go to Bikur Cholim hospital, enter the room of Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapira, of blessed memory, and repent there.
