The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Shay Tahan’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

[Music] so when we come to clean our oven how do you make it kosher there's two kinds of ovens one has a self clean system and one without the self clean system is very easy because it has a Dean of Laboon homo me bull homo means that it burns anything that's there and you come out like a new oven it's so much so that one doesn't even need to prepare anything for that all you do is press the button and let it clean itself you don't have to kosher the oven first you don't have to clean it you don't have to wait 24 hours that's the big advantage of having a self-cleaning oven but then you have the oven that doesn't have self clean so how do you clean that one that one is a little bit more complicated you'll have to first clean it well you'll use it easier for something else
