But I know that if I called it that nobody would show up because everybody would take offense. To me calling their suffering imaginary and self-inflicted. and self-inflicted. But I hope that I can shed some light on why I feel that way. And again I apologize if you came here to know why it's only optional and I'm going to tell you something slightly different. Um I also want to say that this class even though it does have a name pain and suffering in the in the title is not going to address the
