[Music] so welcome everybody welcome all our Turin time viewers so tonight we're learning Lilu nice Matt Haskell Ben Aloha so we are continuing in our series on Emunah now I I do I don't know if I mentioned this before on a camera this series is extremely extremely important and it's it's also going to be quiet not short I don't know how to say it in the most the best way so there is a lot to most the best way so there is a lot to discuss but but very important and when you speak about this concept is we speak of any concepts really is that when you learn something and especially in the spiritual realm regardless of what it is you have to internalize it and you have to go and and make it into a change in your own life it's not a theoretical concept Toa is not something that ok you learn something that's very interesting you felt good you came to a class you ate some pizza sushi or whatnot and now that's it but rather it's something that you learn and you take in and you internalize and you do something and you internalize and you do something different in your life based on the lessons and the learning that you have that you have done so and we're not it's something that the truth is I guess I'll give a little bit of the secret of what most of my class is if not all then speak about two concepts I always try to put two concepts in my classes number one is Emunah and number one is Musa I always tried to put in those two things inside you know every single one of my classes now why is is this so important because this is the fundamental things that make a person change who they are
