We're going to talk about something called Hilchos Borair today. It's a dimension of Shabbos, one of the lam test melachos. We're not going to go through all the lam test melachos, but there are certain of them that are very central, very important. Um the reason why Borair is so important is because it's got a very practical ramification with regards to eating food on Shabbos. Uh Hilchos Borair are the halachos of separating something from another thing in order to be able to eat it. You know what? We'll see later on, not just eating things, it's got to do with other eating things, it's got to do with other things as well. Hilchos Borair, there is an inyan on Shabbos where you're not supposed to separate one thing from another thing, especially if one of the things is something that you don't want. That's going to have ramifications not just for food, it's going to have ramifications for, you know, clearing things up and putting things away and but we'll start off with food cuz that's the that's for sure the most the most important the most central inyan over here.
