Rabbi Claws shared with me earlier. He said that one of his community members phoned him and asked him this question. I have been down so long. How do I get up from here? And he said this was a question and a sentiment shared by many people who feel simply down trodden. Dejected. Sometimes surrendering to despair. All they can see is darkness, a lot of fear, a lot of uncertainty, a lot of confusion. And people are living with very deep anxiety. Some people experiencing profound trauma. And the trauma from the past that's been triggered. This week hasn't been an easy week for anybody. Never mind the last few months in the last year in the last two years. And that's why there is a certain awakening. Let's face it. There are conversations today that are happening easily and smoothly that have not happened in decades. You know, my my wife tells me she's on a WhatsApp group here in Rockland County. So, one of the women asked if anybody knows of a particular type of mental health professional for this and this type of problem. She says in the past till you would get an answer from somebody, it would take time and the answer would be shrouded in mystery and cold language. And here right away there was a conversation. This one is struggling with this mental challenge and this one's child is struggling with this mental mental health challenge. A lot has emerged over the last year and a in the mental health field. And a lot of that is positive. We are now given an opportunity to deal with things that we did not have to deal with, we could not deal with over all these years and maybe generations because things were
