Okay, so we know, I was debating what to talk about for a bit. I said, "Let's start with matters of impurity and tithes." Why are we in the week of Tu B'Shvat? Tu B'Shvat is the entire month of Shevat. According to Rebbetzin Shammai, the month of Shevat is the new year for tithes. So there are some laws that pertain to offerings and tithes that are not so blasphemous. Not everyone, including me, so that we can talk about them and try to interpret some things related to the laws of impurity and tithes. In general, there are rabbis in the country. We were just and tithes. In general, there are rabbis in the country. We were just talking about this earlier. I once met a traditional Jew whose father had a falafel shop, and he came to him, a religious Jew. He said, "Listen, all this donation and tithes is all Ashkenazim." So we laughed. I told him, "Why are Ashkenazim's Yemenite obligations?" My grandfather, Mori, was in Yemen. He was a great righteous man. What is this? Once again, Yemen. He was a great righteous man. What is this? Once again, I said, "Shumot and tithes are a very interesting and very important topic. Why are we, thank God, in the country?" Most of us here arrived in the country in the last 60 or 70 years. I mean, our parents and some of us even have people here who came to Israel from outside the country themselves. Yes, I once told you that I was once in a place where I met a young, traditional Yemenite Jew and he told me what donations and tithes are. These are Ashkenazim's strictures.
