You're around a lot of other crazy people, some worse than you, some not as bad as you. And everybody on different levels of their journey, usually when they have recovery meetings inside the facility, they say, you know, the odds are, you know, you'll have a room of 20 people or so, 30 people, maybe even more. That only about three of the people sitting in this room today will actually leave this facility and and continue on the path of recovery. I saw my son and the path of recovery. I saw my son and that was it. The second he stepped across the threshold of that doorway. I was like, I'm done. I did it. And I actually went to my counselor. I was there only 5 days and I said, I I'm done. I'm ready to go. I get it. Yseph today is a sh. And you might think this episode is about the difficult past, overcoming substance abuse, having a Jewish white mother and a Baptist black dad, becoming a Baltoua, and starting an awesome Orthodox family.
