good morning so uh it's great to be here Independence Day feeling very independent today um you know there was a movie many years ago called Independence Day by the Emer brothers and one one of the people who worked with the Amir Brothers his name was Jose Bahar Jose worked with the am brothers and um it's an interesting thing because my talida ended up marrying Jose Bahar part of the emerik brothers Independence Day movie group and today Jose Bahar has moved to the iraa to the old city where he helps out in the IDF and he does outreach and became a BAL Chua and they have 50 guests every Shabbat and uh it's an amazing thing so he I guess he found his own independence um I I'll give you little background the rabbi asked me to so I am from uh Cleveland born in Cincinnati grew up in Cleveland Ohio got married to my sweetheart when she was young and I was even younger uh we just celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary thank you many more amen amen in 1988 we got married and barem a 20 plus grandchildren and uh and 11 children and um mik El my my students ask me Rabbi when are you going to stop having kids you know overpopulation you know don't you got to worry about that so I tell them I'll I'll stop at six million you know I think the world owes us more than we owe the world at at this point plus inflation that's right uh actually I did stop but the grandchildren you so um yeah so basic history um U Got Married learned Torah became a Pulpit Rabbi for 10 years I was a rabbi in Brooklyn then I became the rabbi in a little city called Perth Amboy New Jersey you may
