The shiur in English

0:00 We lift our eyes to Heaven, ask for His mercy and pray before Him. There is no better counsel than prayer. Hashem, blessed be He, wants everyone to pray to Him, from the smallest to the greatest, to lift up their eyes to Heaven and each one ask simply, in his own mouth - even the farthest of the far, even the poorest of the poor, even a person who is very far from emunah and very far from Him, blessed be He.

0:32 Just a small, silent prayer with a glance to Heaven. Please, Hashem, blessed be He, G-d of Israel. "Hashem of Hosts is with us, the G-d of Yaakov is our stronghold, Selah." "Hashem of Hosts, happy is the person who trusts in You." "Hashem, save! May the King answer us on the day we call." To ask for the help of the Creator, blessed be He. And the strength and might and power of Hashem are beyond measure.

0:57 One must close the eyes and then open them and see Hashem - "and behold, Hashem stands over him." To see that Hashem is before us, He is here. To think that Hashem is only above - this is not the way. The way is, when we say "the whole earth is full of His glory," the meaning is: He is here, He is with us.

1:25 He hears us, He understands us, He sees us, He knows us. Our connection to Him must be so strong, without fear and without dread, to share with Him and to ask of Him. We are fighting in order to win, for the Holy Land, for the Land of Israel, a land which "the eyes of Hashem your G-d are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year."

1:55 And we must be full of hope and strength and courage of heart, and not be afraid of anything in the world, and be united and be heroes, and not try to look for those to blame and blame one another. We trust in Hashem, blessed be He. Not afraid, not dismayed, not frightened of anything in the world, only of Hashem, blessed be He, G-d of Israel.

2:22 We lift our eyes to Heaven, ask for His mercy and pray before Him.
