And um and without further ado, I'm going to um introduce Aviva Fias, our very very special executive director. But before I say that, because I see there's a lot of new women that are here and anybody that's coming on for the first time, I want to welcome you to the Khisak mission. And the Khisak mission is a very, very beautiful, special, unique space where it's not just coming to Shirim and getting inspired, but it's something that's so much more. It's about a connection to ourselves, to each other, to Hashem, and taking it and then spreading it to other people.
