Okay, good afternoon. So this week we are in the sixth Torah reading of parasete of the book of Deuteronomy. You know, every time comes Shabas Yamiff and you put away your phone or there's a time, you know, today somebody leaves their house and they say, "Oh, I forgot my phone." But then what about that time that you forget your phone on purpose whether by accident and then you feel this like relaxation. There's nobody calling you. There's nobody bothering you and your phone's aside and every and the world still exists and this world still goes on without you answering your phone every time. It's one of those moments in life where you say, you know what, you can live without it. And I'm sure there's many different things in life that we come to the realization and appreciation that, you know, sometimes we feel that we're attached to something and we have to have it and we get all worked up about it when it doesn't work. And then we come to a moment and we say, you know what, it's fine. I'll live without it. This is what we're going to talk about today. The lesson that we can see from this week's Torah reading into the month of El. The month of El and in general and our service to God can sometimes the struggle, the challenges, the evil inclination, the the darkness that may be out there sometimes feels depleting, feels like enough. How much can I fight? But what does God give us? A special gift. a gift of the Torah that gives us
