how many references do you think you'll make to that location you might say meet me on for shay near lodi lane or you might say meet me at 11 for shea road you may want to say it's in muncie you may want to say it's in rockland county if they may not know you may want to say it's in new york you may even want to say it's the united states of america you may even want to say it's near a shuld there's a parking lot there's a lot of cars it's impossible to get around you're going to have a hard time crossing the street these are all common details that you may add in order to pinpoint the location just giving a street and a number is fine but you like to give another one or two or three references just to give the person some extra information and extra confidence that i have arrived at my uh final destination my brother told me that uh he stopped using gps years ago at some point when he was going to a cemetery and uh when he came there the gps said you have reached your final destination so he thought it would be better without it so i can understand that you want to you know get it down to the exact my new detail and therefore you may add a few references so you have the number the address the street a street nearby or some other landmark or sign etc but i don't remember if i ever heard a person specify a location by giving 11 different references that seems pretty loaded pretty dramatic superfluous especially when it's not that the person wants me to go there the person is sharing with me a story that happened and nonetheless identifies a location not in one way not
