hi everyone welcome to another edition of this farum chatter podcast on this episode of the podcast I'm going to be joined byid silver Silverman who is the dean of Atlanta Scholars kuddle and he's the publisher and he found the manuscript of this of the safer we'll be discussing two big volumes titled from orki from grod and Al alas there some Chas and there's MN a lot of mnas as well so we'll talk about that so first of all thank youav for joining me thank you thank you RI it's a pleasure thank you thank you RI it's a pleasure to be here so let's start off tell the listeners a little bit about yourself and your background I'm uh from Los Angeles I grew up actually in a small town called Culver City it's not far from the airport I didn't have a from family in fact I think as I went back in Generations there was three generations no one was from and um my family had immigrated from Russia came to the United States in the Philadelphia Pittsburgh area my grandparents were involved as um they had the drugstores involved as um they had the drugstores and then my grandfather moved his family to the West Coast I think he had enough of his family in the east coast and he opened up a drugstore in the Santa Monica area so I grew up in Culver City there I went to public school till 11th grade and I had a very good C of mine Benji jacobe who was Mash on me I think actually is going to be moving to Lakewood soon coming from Toronto so he um he slept me to a school and I ended up going to a Jewish high school for one year and then to erel to
