So, we're going through the cidor. The sidor is the prayer book. And we said that the sidor doesn't make any sense because prayer to fill is an honest, personal, authentic communication between you and God. So, how can you have other people telling you what to say and when to say it? And how can you say the same thing three times a day, every day for the rest of your life? So, it really doesn't make sense. That's why we said we got to go through it to understand what it's saying because what's it trying to do is saying because what's it trying to do is to shape our consciousness. That's what we're doing. We're shaping our this is what we should be focused on in our life. So it's saying don't forget to say these things three times a day over and over again. And that's going to change your whole psyche. It's going to change everything about you. It's basically like an affirmation. is one long hour and a half affirmation every morning. You're doing an hour and a half mantra over and over over again. And mantra over and over over again. And then in the afternoon for ma you're going to say it again and then you're going to say it again. And I'd just like to repeat it's very important that the sidor the formal prayer book is not a personal thing. It's for the Jewish people as a whole. That's why we get together. It's a community thing. That's why we have to have the same words because we're together. We can't have 10 people standing there saying different stuff.
