So, where are we? Welcome to Yeshiva Da'as, we're learning today Menachos Daf Kuf Tes and Daf Kuf Yud Be'ezras Hashem. And we have a very gishmaka daf in front of us to end Masechta. So, it's very exciting. Let's start with the Mishna in the Kuf Tes Amud Alef. Hareini Olah Oilo Yakrivenu Bamikdash. Someone says, "I have to bring an Oilo." So, where should he bring the Oilo to? Beis Hamikdash. V'im Krivehu Beis Chonyo V'im Krivehu Beis Chonyo Lo Yotzei. If he brought the Oilo in Beis Chonyo, he's not Yotzei. Now, you would ask, what's Beis Chonyo and where is Beis Chonyo? So, we're going to see about it in the Beis. Beis Chonyo is a place where they did a Beis Hamikdash outside of Yerushalayim and obviously it's not a real Beis Hamikdash. We'll see a discussion if it was a Beis or not. But, he's not Yotzei, it's a Neder, it's a question. Hareini Olah She'akrivenu Beis Chonyo. This is the next one. He says, "I want to give an Oilo, but my condition is I to give an Oilo, but my condition is I want to give it in Beis Chonyo." The Neder is Yakrivenu Bamikdash. V'im Krivehu Beis Chonyo Yotzei. If Beis Chonyo is Yotzei, it is Neder. He will see, he'll be Chayav on Shchutei Chutz. But, his Neder is Yotzei. Shemo Omer Ain Olah, that's not an Olah, that doesn't even start. Hareini Nazir. >> has fulfilled his Neder. His Neder. No, no, Rabbonan and Rav Shimon She says there's no Neder at all. If I said Olah Beis Chonyo, there's nothing here.
