Good evening. This evening I am going to begin with something unusual because in 30 years of my doing this um I never brought this topic up. And whereas many of my colleagues, Rabbi Fran, Rabbi Mosha Mayor Weiss, and many others have subscriptions and have and have contributions and sales of CDs and other things. I never sold anything. I never asked for any donation. I never asked for any financial participation. And there's nothing wrong with it. Every sh and every school exists with the participations of organizational memberships and different things like that. I am not and different things like that. I am not making an exception tonight and asking for any gifts. What I am asking for, you know, in all of the years when I ran for over 50 years, Basakova of Brooklyn, we were really the only school that had a third of its attendance and student body that didn't pay a penny tuition. Some of those students, some of them were the validictorians. Some became lawyers, doctors, and many are sitting still 20, 30, 40 years later in Lakewood supporting their husbands. So, but we had a third that never paid a penny tuition. And whereas every school had some level of scholarship 10% 15% 20% 25% of scholarship 10% 15% 20% 25% they didn't have a third going to the school to the basakov to the yeshiva free of charge.
