Midrash Tenach from Parashat Pinchas, verse 12 says: The Midrash says: And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Set the children of Israel and say to them: My offerings to the woman, O woman, keep them, to sacrifice to Me in its season. Then you will see what kind of language of affection the Lord, the Blessed, says regarding the sacrifice. He says: He calls it My offerings to the Lord. The Midrash says: Let our Rabbis teach us that the offerings that were offered on the altar as a side were sacrifices. Thus our Sages taught that all the offerings came with unleavened bread, except for the leavened bread of thanksgiving or the two loaves of bread that did not contain leavened bread. That is, it is known that all the offerings that were brought in the Temple at that time came with leavened bread. They came with unleavened bread and not leavened bread, except for the not leavened bread, except for the thanksgiving sacrifice, which came with 40 loaves of bread, and ten of them were leavened bread.
