hello we have been discussing the six constant misses and now we are at the conclusion of talking about them in this series and we want to have today an overview of the flow of the six and one more dimension so the basis of the six constant mitzvahs is simple faith in god these are six constant methods that we are told to be doing every day every minute 24 7 for our whole lives so these are basic developmental mitzvahs that help us to orient our mind and our heart toward the one god and also to make sure that there is not even a trace of idolatry in our consciousness and idolatry as we spoke about that before means not to give power to anything except to the one god so let's take a look for a moment at how this flow goes so as we looked at each of them in detail we'll just take one moment the first mitzvah which is the first mitzvah in the torah that was given in harsenai anoki i am the lord your god who took you out of the land of egypt out of the house of bondage makes us aware that god and his providence exists and that when we know that god is always with us with with us with his providence always lifting us up out of the what seems like the narrow places of the world then what happens is that this awareness of knowing that god and his providence are always with us affects how we relate to the world in general who's in charge over here the one god and we look at this actually as being above so we spoke about the meditation that robbie yitzhak ginsburg teaches of placing each of these six constants in a spatial dimension because six always represents space above below
