[Music] was yesterday and as our sages teach us so when comes in we have to increase enjy how it doesn't say it just says if you start asking every second person if you can now be in a state of Happiness they'll be like no looking what's going on around the world dealing with my own problems how can I be really B so I'll be five minutes means to be happy so are we are getting commanded to be in Joy the fact is that we are commanded to be in joy every second and every day of the year that's actually a Mitzvah we have to serve AEM in a state of joy in a state of happiness every day so now you're asking me to go even more than every music all day long the the definition here is not clear and not only that it's not clear how do you expect me to be more happy really the reality looking at the at the world as is hard to be happy hear bad news all day long every second day there's something going on people are struggling people are sick people are struggling financially emotionally physically mentally everybody's going through a very hard time that's the reality right now you can argue or you can maybe deny or live in some denial that everything is fine and I'm not talking about having a good attitude if you have a good attitude that still doesn't mean you don't have challenges and difficulties but the fact fact is that when you see what's going on or even if you're looking at your own your own life hard to find a lot of moments of Happiness so now we are looking at a at a Commandment that I have to be happy not telling me how and I need to
