getting involved in helping other people really doing yourself a favor and the best story and I have never said it in this class the best story ever read about this was a true story there were two friends that were way way up north past Alaska the Antarctic Circle wherever they were and they were traveling and there were a 4x4 whatever it is and they got caught in a very big snowstorm and they got stuck and they were freezing and one of them you know when you win you should never know from it when you start to freeze to death you become become very tired and then sort of warm even though you're freezing and then you fall asleep and once they're in that sleep you're done you don't come out so the main thing is to keep the other person up and awake because one of their up and awake their blood is flowing and was the blood flowing doesn't freeze they don't die so this one guy was like falling asleep and the other guy kept rubbing his hands and rubbing the guys feet and rubbing his neck and trying to keep the blood flow
