the olympic committee announced the standard for the 2020 olympics and they actually changed it to the most difficult standard it has ever been and you now they cut the field of women they were taking in half to only 80. and they said in order to qualify you need to run a time of 2 29 30 in the marathon which is over 15 minutes faster than any other year in the olympics and just understand what that is that means running a 541 minute mile for 26.2 miles 541 minute mile for 26.2 miles so at that point um like my husband who'd always been my biggest supporter was basically just like bidi you're amazing but like you might as well give up like you're not hitting that even in your lifetime and i said you know if hashem brought me this far it was to me it was so clear like it was all from hashem like he could bring me that far welcome back to another episode of inspiration for the nation and i'm very excited to share with you this conversation that i had with the misses the one and only mrs b deutsch so deutsch so back in the day it was common to hear about people that had to make sacrifices for what they believed in you know when after the war in america people even before the war people and shabbos from people in shabbos if you weren't going to come in and stay late on friday and work on saturday you're going to get fired and people had to make the sacrifice of saying i keep shabbos and i'm not going to sacrifice that and
